Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining the profitability of the organization in view of Mktg. Price and Expenses.
  • Responsible for successful implementation of CRM and regular CRM working Active participation in market research & development part & regular reporting of the same Able to resolve queries of customers as well as Mktg team Act like problem solver Achieving Organizational targets and Goals.
  • Sales & Marketing of existing and new products in the allotted Domestic and International territory ST OEM, Thanchise, Repl: Dealer, Distributor & corporate Prepare, maintain and update customer enquiries and contracts. account Development & Support the pre-sales activities – Quote prices, and prepare proposals.
  • Routine follow-up with prospective customers and respond with reference to contract review activities.
  • Maintaining records for Contract Review matters.
  • Review and clarify customer orders in terms of Documentation of customer requirements and clarity
  • Resolutions of deviation in the contract
  • Company’s ability to meet the fundamental contractual requirement. Review amendments to the contract and transfer them to the customer and the works head & maintain records to this effect.
  • To collect product requirements from the potential customer and penetrate the market.
  • Participating in relevant trade fairs for the purpose of brand building and business generation Work with the overall Sales & Marketing team (Domestic & International) towards a common goal of achieving the organizations’ sales targets.
  • Adding features through surveys (internal and external) and gap fit analysis in CRM
  • Managing subordinates and reporting to superiors via CRM E-commerce development and maintenance (non-technical side) Branding Business Development & Telecaller, and Department leadership.
  • Marketing and Branding activities coordination with stakeholders till execution, Participating and handling Trade fair activities.
  • In shop promotion, new products/giveaway/business policy identification and coordination with plant and HO to develop and test Introduction of new tyres and analysis as per area favourability, new area market share increase strategies
  • Preparation, updating and submission of various M.I.S. Providing timely information to the team regarding the status of inquiries, orders, delivery and payments for assigned areas on a daily basis. Ensure the sanctity of data on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Experience in rubber/ tyre or an allied industry. Generating/developing new leads in existing markets and developing new markets.

Requirements 

  • KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN SALES FIELDS
  • Post Graduate
  • Tyre Industry or manufacturing industry Mandatory
